Congratulations Terri & Roland!

I had the opportunity to photograph a sweet couple, Terri & Roland.  Their love for one another was truly amazing and I can see that through the photos I have taken of them for their wedding.  It was a pleasure to be a part of their special day!

Welcome Home!

Pearl Harbor has welcomed home another ship to Hawaii, the USS Paul Hamilton.  It was an exciting day as Brandi and her family waited the anticipation of her husband coming home.  These photos should show you how much he was missed!

Welcome Home!

Nothing speaks to you more than a Navy Homecoming when you look around a crowd and you see tears of joy and screaming from little kids.  Today I was at Pearl Harbor for the homecoming of the USS Reuben James and had the privilege to photograph Cassie and her new baby boy as her husband saw their new son for the very first time.  It is a time that I will never forget!  If you have never seen a military homecoming, I strongly suggest you see one if possible.  It will completely change your respect and outlook on our American Flag and the military.

The Reagan Family

I met a great family on Thursday traveling all the way from Georgia, visiting family who live here in Hawaii.  The Reagan's have three children, two boys and a little girl.  They have such a beautiful family!

While we were taking photos at Bellows Beach at my "secret" location, the waves were perfect and the temperature was GREAT!  Who could have asked for a better day?  

Thank you Reagan Family for such a great morning!  I hope to have the opportunity to work with you in the future.  :-)

Being a Tourist in Your Own Town

We had so much fun this week with my family in town.  We were able to visit the Pearl Harbor Memorial, Hanauma Bay, Halona Blow Hole, Dole Plantation, and the Polynesian Cultural Center.  We had so much fun!  Enjoy the photos!

1st Birthday Cake Smashing!

WOW!  I had the best time this morning on Hickam AFB doing a photoshoot with Audrey.  She is turning 1 and her mother and father asked to do a cake smashing photoshoot.  As you can tell, she LOVED the cake!  It was a very fun photoshoot and I highly recommend EVERYONE to do this with their child.  <3

Today I had the pleasure of photographing Lauren at one of my favorite locations, Hickam AFB.  I love this location because the water is the prettiest aqua color, the sea breeze is amazing and the view is worth a million dollars.  Lauren is a sweet young lady who was having her Communion portraits taken.  She even helped me with poses when we were almost done at the photoshoot.  I think this is a great way to include children in their photoshoot.  After all, they have creative young minds and sometimes come up with some pretty amazing ideas!

Waikiki Adventure

Today I had the pleasure of going to Waikiki and go on an adventure to find new things to see and do. Of course along my little adventure I saw some strange things but I also met some very nice people from Iceland, Japan and Australia.  You never know who you will meet if you just stop and say hi or take a photo for a couple.

Hula Girl

I had the pleasure of photographing Julia, in her hula outfit at the beach.  She was showing me her hula dance moves and I must say, she is very good.  Her teacher would be proud of how well she did!

Cute Lil' Baby Girl

On Friday, I had the privilege to photograph Gary and Jan's wedding at the Hale Koa Hotel in Honolulu, HI.  It was a little cloudy when I headed to the wedding, but as we arrived the sky cleared a bit and we had a very nice intimate wedding.  The wedding traditions performed in Hawaii are so unique and special, and this day was amazing.  The leis were given to one another as the rings were exchanged during the ceremony as a symbol of their love.  Congratulations Gary and Jan!

Prom Time

Of course, this is my daughter Brittany as she was leaving for prom last month.  The color of her dress was BEAUTIFUL, thanks to her wonderful cousin Summer.  Brittany looked beautiful!

Babies...Babies....Babies!

I had a lot of fun photographing this little man.  He was so cute and very interested in my camera.  I think he was a little sleepy the day we took photos, but we still had a lot of fun.  There's nothing like capturing photos of little babies because they grow up so quickly!

Today I had the pleasure of being the photographer for Wendy and Alex's beautiful wedding located at the Hale Koa in Waikiki, HI.  It was a little cloudy so the wedding was moved indoors due to the ground being wet.  Even though the wedding was inside, it was BEAUTIFUL!  The flowers were a vibrant red with black accents.  It was a very classy and elegant wedding and the guests enjoyed themselves tremendously.

I enjoyed taking photos with Wendy and Alex, as well as the rest of the bridal party.  Wendy was such an elegant bride with a gorgeous wedding gown!
